Foot tennis is a team sport, and match history is shared among all participants. To preserve the integrity of club records for other members, certain data may be retained in anonymized or detached form after account deletion:
In short: your account and personal data are deleted, but your player's contribution to the club's sports history is preserved in a detached, non-identifiable way. This is similar to how a player's stats remain in a league's record book even after they leave.
If you are a club owner and want your club deleted along with your account, please state this clearly in your deletion request. Deleting a club will affect all members of that club, so we may need to confirm this action separately.
If you only want your personal account removed but want the club to continue, ownership must be transferred to another member first.
If you signed in using Facebook or Google, deleting your FootTennis Club account removes the identity link we store. This does not affect your Facebook or Google account. To manage permissions granted to FootTennis Club:
In limited cases, we may retain certain data beyond your deletion request if required by law (for example, billing records that must be kept for tax or accounting purposes). Any such retention will be limited to the minimum required and will not be used for other purposes.
