  • On desktop you see all the settings at once, with the profile preview always visible next to them.
  • The inbox "Find players" shortcut takes you straight to the visibility switch, including for a new account that has not opened its profile yet.

4 June 2026

Seasons

We notify you when the next season can start

  • When the season is complete and voting is finalized, the club owner sees an in-app signal and can jump straight to starting the next season.

3 June 2026

Profile

Main profile photos can now be deleted

  • From your member settings, you can now delete your main profile photo, not only replace it.

3 June 2026

Rankings

Past seasons show everyone who played again

  • A finished season's rankings now again include players who played that season but have since left the club — including in awards, Team of the Season, and Always on Duty.
  • The all-time ranking and the current season are unchanged, showing active members.

2 June 2026

Game nights

Game-night stories are easier to browse on mobile

  • On mobile, the Game-night story is now split into tabs — Overview, Awards, Stories, and Ranking — so you can reach the section you care about faster.
  • All the information stays there: the night summary, awards, rating moves, court stories, bench changes, and final ladder.

2 June 2026

Game nights

What is at stake is now more compact on mobile

  • On mobile, the What is at stake page is now split into tabs — Overview, At stake, Attendance, and Context — so the important information is easier to reach.
  • The copy, stakes, attendance, and context stay the same, but are organized with less scrolling.

2 June 2026

Season story

The season story now has a compact, tabbed view on mobile

  • On mobile, the season story now opens in a tabbed layout — Overview, Races, Milestones and Episodes — with far less scrolling.
  • You can switch quickly between the summary, the season races, milestones, and the episode timeline.

1 June 2026

Game nights

Closed game nights now have a more compact report

  • A closed game night now shows the key details at the top, matches in a more compact format, and secondary information in tabs.
  • On mobile you can switch quickly between Summary, Matches, Attendance, and Admin with less scrolling.
  • Attendance now shows each present player’s start-of-night rating.

1 June 2026

Game nights

The game-night checklist now updates right after saving a match

  • When you enter a match result during an active game night, the checklist now moves to the next step immediately without needing a page reload.

1 June 2026

Rankings

Player profiles and pop-ups now show season honors too

  • When you open a player from the rankings, you now also see their Team of the Season and Always on Duty counts.
  • The awards grid now also has dedicated cards for Team of the Season and Always on Duty.
  • Player profiles now also show the Always on Duty card and milestone when that award has been won.
  • The award chips stay compact and wrap naturally on mobile.

31 May 2026

Game nights

Active game nights now put the current match first on mobile

  • During an active game night, the play area now appears at the top of the page so you immediately see who is playing and who is waiting.
  • Attendance, teams, and lineup history are more compact on mobile and expand only when you need them.
  • Less common actions, like live roster adjustment and team rearrangement, now live in the active-night admin menu.

30 May 2026

Game nights

Match results now save without reloading the page

  • When you complete the winner of a match during an active game night, the next match now appears immediately on the same page.
  • Actions like undoing the latest match, correcting the most recent result, or recording substitutions now also refresh the match area without taking you away from the page.
  • If your phone misses the response after the server already saved the result, the page checks again and continues without showing a false error.

29 May 2026

Open Games

You can organize a game straight from your menu, even before you join a club

  • If you are not part of a club yet, your menu now has an "Organize a game" option that takes you straight to the community game creation page.
  • The same option also shows on the Open Games page when there are no active games, so you can start one yourself.

29 May 2026

Season story

You can now follow a live race for the Golden Ball in the season story

  • The “Season story” page now has a new card alongside the Team of the Season race showing the three players leading the average-vote race for the Golden Ball.
  • The card only appears once at least three players have collected enough votes, so you don't see a podium that doesn't mean anything yet.
  • For seasons that have already ended, you see the locked Golden Ball winner where there is one.

28 May 2026

Account

You now have a complete password reset flow

  • If you forgot your password, you can now request a reset link directly from the login page.
  • The link opens a clear reset page where you set a new password and then return straight to login with your email prefilled.
  • The reset email and all flow messages now follow your account language.

27 May 2026

Discovery

You can now see separate guides for how Open Games and Open Clubs work

  • The `Getting started` page now has two new “See how it works” links: one for Open Games and one for Open Clubs.
  • Each guide explains both important perspectives briefly: player and organizer for Open Games, and player and club for Open Clubs.
  • If you want to publish a community game or create a club, the buttons now lead you more clearly into the right flow even when you start as a visitor.

27 May 2026

Open Games

You now get clearer feedback on your community game requests

  • If you were accepted or declined for a community game, the account bell now shows that outcome more clearly while the game is still active.
  • If you were accepted, you also get a direct card on the dashboard or on `/start` so you can jump back to that game and its conversation quickly.
  • The game page now clearly shows whether your request is pending, accepted, declined, withdrawn, or expired instead of the old generic message.

27 May 2026

Ratings

New ratings are more balanced for future game nights

  • New game nights use a steadier rating calculation that still rewards performance differences while reducing very large jumps.
  • Displayed ratings stay easy to read and remain capped at 99, while the system keeps extra precision behind the scenes for calculations, stats, and awards.
  • Already closed game nights are not recalculated automatically.

26 May 2026

Inbox

Managers now get clearer reminders about which trial members to keep or let expire

  • Trial members accepted through an Open Game now also appear in the club bell, not only on the game page.
  • In Inbox, managers can now see each pending trial member and keep or expire that player directly from the same card.

26 May 2026

Open Games

Clubs can now withdraw a published Open Game before the game night starts

  • Club admins can now withdraw an organized Open Game directly from the game-night page while that night is still planned.
  • Pending requests are closed automatically, and already confirmed spots release the trial members created for that night.

26 May 2026

Open Games

The “Cancel game” action now clearly stops the community game for everyone

  • When the organizer now presses “Cancel game”, the community game is cancelled for everyone and no longer transfers automatically to another player.
  • Unanswered requests no longer stay stuck in limbo if the game is cancelled, marked as finished, or its start time has already passed.

25 May 2026

Open Clubs

Club conversations now stay steadier when you send replies

  • After sending a message in a club request, you stay in the same conversation instead of being sent back to the request list.
  • The chat window lands more reliably on the latest messages, and long replies stay neatly inside the chat on mobile.

25 May 2026

Open Clubs

Conversations with a club now have a dedicated page that feels at home on mobile and desktop

  • You can now open a dedicated conversation page for each request to a club straight from your inbox, with your messages and the club's shown like a proper chat.
  • The club's replies appear in your page right away, and the reply form stays pinned at the bottom on mobile so you never have to hunt for where to type.
  • The club sees the same premium page on their side, with accept, reject and close-conversation actions sitting right next to the thread.

25 May 2026

Open Games

You can now pick a nationality when you request a spot at a club Open Game

  • The request form on a club-organized Open Game page now has a nationality picker, preset to Romania.
  • The flag you choose carries over to your trial profile in the club as soon as your request is accepted.

25 May 2026

Inbox

Your account inbox is now one clearer place for what needs attention and what is active

  • Your account inbox now separates what needs your attention now, what is already active, and what stays only in recent history.
  • You can accept, reject, withdraw, or open the relevant conversation or page directly from the card without bouncing through extra intermediate screens.
  • The account menu now has a single Inbox entry, and older links still keep working so existing emails and bookmarks do not break.

24 May 2026

Discovery

You can now start more clearly from either Open Games or Open Clubs

  • The homepage, the `Start guide` page, and the `/start` screen for users without a club now make the two options clearer: join an open game or look for an open club.
  • The public open-games and open-clubs pages now have clearer intro text and no longer feel like dead ends when there are no results yet.
  • If you do not find a suitable game or club yet, the next relevant step is now clearer and you can still create your own club.

23 May 2026

Games

Open Games and the new unified inbox for requests and games are now live

  • You can now discover and request spots in new public games, either organized around a real club game night or run as community games.
  • Your account inbox now brings club requests and open games together in one place.
  • If you join as a trial member through an organized game, that trial access now ends automatically at the right time without losing that night’s history inside the club.

23 May 2026

Clubs

If you return to a club, you now get your old profile and history back there

  • When you return to a club you were previously archived from, the app now reactivates your old profile in that club instead of creating a new one.
  • That means you come back with the same club history: attendance, votes, rating, awards, and ranking position.
  • Managers who add you back to the club now get the same restore behavior instead of a duplicate profile.

22 May 2026

Profile

Player profiles now show membership time, ratings, and key milestones more clearly

  • Player profiles now show how long that player has belonged to the club, plus section tabs that make long profiles easier to navigate.
  • Two new areas are now available: `Notes`, with the average and distribution of ratings received and given, and `Milestones`, with attendance, match, win, and badge progress such as Rating 99, Golden Ball, TOTS, or a perfect 10.
  • The admin profile-edit card now starts collapsed, and the recent-attendance wording is clearer.

22 May 2026

Rankings

Ranking places now continue correctly after the podium

  • After the first 3 places, expanded ranking lists now continue normally with 4, 5, 6, without jumping ahead.
  • The fix also applies to the rating card and expanded team-composition rankings.

22 May 2026

Clubs

Email invitations no longer reserve seats when the person is already a club member

  • If the person already belongs to the club, an email invitation no longer blocks a seat until it expires.
  • If you add a new member directly with the same email, old pending email invitations for that address are now cleared automatically.

21 May 2026

Game nights

Live match saving is now more reliable on iPhone and in the installed app

  • If the phone reported a connection problem right after the match had already been saved, the app now verifies that save once more before showing an error.
  • After a saved match, the completion sheet now gives clearer feedback before deliberately reloading the current game night.

21 May 2026

Clubs

Club creation now handles long or unclear web addresses more safely

  • If the club name is very long, the app now shortens the generated web address more safely so it stays valid and easy to manage.
  • If the name cannot produce a clear web address at all, or if a manually entered address can no longer be shortened automatically, you now see a clear message asking you to choose a simpler web address.

21 May 2026

Notifications

The “starts soon” reminder now shows the real minutes left

  • If your starts-soon reminder is set to 5, 30, 90, or another minute value, the push notification now shows the real minutes left until start instead of a fixed one-hour message.

20 May 2026

Game nights

Historical match corrections are now safer on retries and winner changes

  • If the same historical correction for a closed match is submitted again, the app now treats it as a retry and avoids replaying ratings or history twice.
  • When you change the winner of the latest closed match, old substitutions for that match are now cleared automatically if they no longer match the new losing team.

18 May 2026

Dashboard

Urgent dashboard actions now appear higher on Home

  • When you still need to vote for teammates or finish other pending actions, the To do card now appears before the next game-night card.

  • Profile, settings, requests, recruiting, find-club, and create-club links now appear more predictably based on what each user can access.

16 May 2026

Recruiting

Recruiting conversations are now more compact and easier to follow

  • Recruiting conversation pages now feel like a clear chat, with messages first, shorter details, and the reply box close at hand.
  • On mobile, conversations open closer to the relevant messages, while secondary actions move into a compact menu.
  • Managers can send the club offer directly from the conversation without leaving the page.
  • Dashboard reminders for managers now name the player waiting for a reply, not the manager's own club.
  • When two reminders pointed to the same recruiting conversation, the dashboard now keeps only the direct reminder.

16 May 2026

Navigation

You now have a dedicated bell for everything that needs your attention

  • The top bar now includes a bell that brings your important actions into one place: attendance, voting, position preferences, request replies, and recruiting reminders.
  • On phones the bell opens as a large easier-to-use sheet, while on desktop it opens as a compact panel beside your profile.
  • The old Home and Start notification dots have been replaced by this new hub, while the club-switcher dots still handle attention from your other clubs.

15 May 2026

Recruiting

The welcome page now invites you to open your recruiting profile

  • The welcome page now shows a small invite to open your recruiting profile so clubs and other players can find you. It disappears automatically once your profile is open or you already have a recruiting request or offer waiting for your reply.

15 May 2026

Navigation

The mobile navigation is clearer now for single-club users

  • We refined the navigation bar for single-club users so a long club name no longer overlaps the icons on mobile.

Recruiting

Recruiting now has live search and a clearer contact flow

  • In Find players and in manager Recruiting, you can now search players faster by name, city, or area, with clearer filters and more compact cards.

15 May 2026

Profile

Your recruiting profile now starts from your current player details

  • On the Recruiting profile page, Display name, Self-evaluation, Back, and Net now fill in automatically from your current player profile.
  • If you do not belong to a club yet, you now see clear recruiting starting values instead of blank fields.

15 May 2026

Clubs

It is now clearer when a club invites you through Recruiting

  • If you have a club offer waiting, you now see a clear card directly on Home or on the start screen that takes you to the recruiting inbox.
  • When there is exactly one offer, the card shows the name of the club that invited you.

14 May 2026

Clubs

Verified clubs and players can now find each other through Recruiting

  • You can now open a Recruiting profile to be discovered by verified clubs or other verified players, with clear control over what others can see.
  • Clubs can start new recruiting conversations and, after the discussion, send a formal club offer that you accept only if you want to join.

12 May 2026

Game nights

You can now reshuffle teams manually between matches

  • Managers can now start a new continuation stage and reshuffle teams manually between matches without changing the already active roster.

11 May 2026

10 May 2026

  • The public homepage now has clear Open clubs buttons next to the create-club action.
  • The FAQ now explicitly explains that joining a club is reviewed manually by club managers.

9 May 2026

Forms

Public forms stay responsive on mobile

  • The security check for Contact and List your venue now starts only when you submit the form, so the pages remain usable immediately on phones.
  • On Contact you can now choose the reason for your message from a short list of clear subjects, and the message box better guides you toward a brief summary.

8 May 2026

Venues

You can now discover partner venues and public foot tennis locations

  • The new Venues page clearly separates partner venues from public locations that are listed for information only.
  • Each venue page now shows practical details, clubs that play there, and, for public locations, a clear message that FootTennis.Club does not manage the field.

7 May 2026

Authentication

Password fields can now be revealed temporarily when you need to check them

  • On login, invitation, password-change, and management forms you can now tap the field icon to quickly check the password you typed, while masked text remains the default.

7 May 2026

Authentication

Google sign-in now also works directly from the normal login page

  • If you start from the normal login or sign-up page, Google sign-in now continues like a normal account entry instead of incorrectly forcing you into the create-club flow.

6 May 2026

Game nights

Game-night stakes now read more clearly when absences appear

  • Game-night stakes now read on two tracks: what is still on the line among confirmed players and what absentees are missing, without players who are not coming leaking into the competitive cards.

5 May 2026

Clubs

Club logo changes now apply immediately without the Save button

  • When you choose or remove a logo in Club settings, the change now applies immediately without using Save for the rest of the settings.
  • Managers can upload a club logo again, and it now appears only on that club’s page and on that club’s card in the open-clubs list.
  • The main app navigation still keeps the foottennis.club logo so the overall brand does not change as you move between clubs.

5 May 2026

Onboarding

When you join a new club, the playing-preferences reminder now keeps you in the right club

  • If you belong to multiple clubs and still need to set your playing preferences in the new one, profile and settings links now keep taking you there instead of bouncing back to an older club.
  • Your default club still stays unchanged until you choose otherwise.
  • The club switcher now also shows the attention dot on the new club when you still need to save your playing preferences there.

5 May 2026

Game nights

Active game nights can no longer be deleted by mistake

  • Direct deletion now stays available only for planned game nights that still have no live play/setup data, while closed nights continue through their dedicated historical correction flow.

  • If you are inactive in a club, you can still read its private pages there, but attendance and voting actions no longer appear when they no longer apply.
