Recruiting for clubs and players

Verified clubs can look for players without turning their club page public. Verified players can activate a recruiting profile, choose who can discover them, and decide later whether a real club offer makes sense.

For players

Activate your profile only when you want to be discovered

  • Choose whether clubs, other players, or both can see you.
  • Show only the recruiting details that matter: city, area, preferred position, self-evaluation, and availability.
  • Accepting a request opens a conversation, not an automatic club membership.

For club managers

Recruit without making the club public if that does not fit you

  • Private clubs can look for verified players through recruiting profiles.
  • You talk first, then send a formal club offer only if both sides want to continue.
  • If you also want public discovery, you can still use the open-clubs page in parallel.
1

Recruiting profile

The player activates the profile and chooses whether they are available to clubs, other players, or both.

2

Verified conversation

A club or player sends a request, and after acceptance the conversation opens.

3

Formal club offer

Only after the discussion can a club send a join offer that the player explicitly accepts.

Questions

Common questions about recruiting

Can a private club recruit without appearing publicly?

Yes. Recruiting is separate from the public open-clubs list. Private clubs can look for players through verified recruiting profiles without publishing their club publicly.

Does accepting a conversation add me to a club automatically?

No. Accepting only opens the conversation. Real club membership happens later only if a manager sends a formal club offer and you explicitly accept it.

Who can see my recruiting profile?

Only authenticated, verified users in the app. You choose whether the profile is active and whether you are available to clubs, other players, or both.

Do I still need open clubs as well?

It depends on your goal. Open clubs are good for public discovery. Recruiting is more controlled and also works for private clubs. You can use both flows in parallel.

Need the public route instead?

You can combine recruiting with the public open-clubs page, or start from the organizer guide if you are still setting up the club.
