By accessing or using FootTennis Club (foottennis.club), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
FootTennis Club is a web platform for managing foot tennis (football tennis) clubs. It provides tools for organizing game nights, generating balanced teams, tracking match results, collecting anonymous teammate ratings, maintaining player rankings and statistics, and managing club membership through invitations.
You may create an account using email and password, or by signing in with Google or Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Each user account may be linked to one club at a time as a player. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent this limitation.
If you create a club, you become the club owner. Club owners are responsible for:
Club owners may invite other users to join their club. By sending an invitation, you confirm that you have a reasonable basis to contact the invited person.

Club subscriptions may be offered on a paid basis. Subscription details, including pricing, included features, and seat limits, are presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed at the club level, not per individual user.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store your payment card details. Refund and cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of purchase or as part of the subscription management interface.
Free trial periods may be offered. At the end of a trial, continued access may require an active paid subscription.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the platform (player names, match results, votes, etc.). By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data as needed to operate the service.
Anonymous teammate votes are stored in a way that preserves anonymity in the user interface. The platform is designed to prevent identification of individual voters in normal use.
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. If we make changes that materially reduce the functionality of a paid subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected club owners.
You may delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or remain inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where practical.
Club owners may remove members from their club. Removed members retain their user account but lose access to that club's data and features.
FootTennis Club is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 50 EUR, whichever is greater.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users.
