FootTennis Club (foottennis.club) is a web platform for organizing foot tennis (football tennis) clubs, game nights, rankings, and player statistics.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you sign in using Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, and a unique provider identifier. We do not store your social login passwords or access tokens.
When you create or join a club, we store your player display name, position preferences, and club membership. As you use the platform, we collect game night attendance, match results, team assignments, player ratings, anonymous teammate votes, and related statistics.
When club owners send invitations, we store the invited email address (for email invitations), invitation status, and acceptance records.
Subscriptions are managed at the club level. We store plan type, subscription status, and seat counts. If a third-party payment provider is used, payment details (such as card numbers) are handled entirely by that provider and are not stored on our servers.
We collect standard server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain application state. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on certain forms to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) according to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If you sign in with Google or Facebook, those providers process your authentication data according to their own privacy policies. We only receive the information described above (name, email, provider ID) and do not share your platform data back with them.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal account information. However, anonymized or aggregated sports data (match results, historical rankings, team records) may be retained to preserve the integrity of club history and statistics. Server logs are retained for a limited period (typically up to 90 days) for security and debugging purposes.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, hashed invitation tokens, and access controls. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Club owners can manage their members and invitations through the platform's admin tools. For account deletion requests, see our Data Deletion Instructions.
FootTennis Club is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
